Why you cannot believe in God.

Our existencecentrism kills God but not ghosts.Whatever you think is always limited to your mind, i.e. to the latest state of your synaptic network which is the imprint of its adaptations to your lived life. However, if you define God as impossible to understand or comprehend, then the question still lingers inside your mind while its focus is irrational nonsense. You can speculate on whatever mix you have in your mind, but never leave it. Whatever science brings, it's always produced/understood by human minds. And the "source"/noumenon of our sensibility is out of reach. Aquinas and Thomists say that because God is infinite, finite human minds whose knowledge originates from sense, cannot speak of God's hidden divine nature. Peter Klevius agrees and rests his case. Mind, according to EMAH (the Even More Astonishing Hypothesis) is the interplay between thalamus and cortex where synaptic pruning has locked them in a pattern where incoming signals are sent from thalamus in obligate (pruned) paths to cortex and back with possibly minor alterations. Think of it like a film where all frames are one. Although you only see the last frame you can still make sense of all. Moreover, there cannot be any "qualia" in the brain - only in language (Peter Klevius 1992, 1994).
