Islam's simple (and non-productive but parasitic) historical/pragmatic slavery/rapetivism formula: Make POWs obeying slaves or jihadist soldiers by forcing them to become muslims (the option being death) and confine the women in sex segregation as biological and cultural reproducers of new muslims. To make it waterproof make apostasy impossible (by law or simply by family/community pressures etc); make any failure from a woman's side to fulfill this duty a severe crime and make the husband and his male relatives the only custodians over the children; allow male polygamy for the purpose of making as many females as possible Islam reproducers under Koran and Sharia; conquer/rape (e.g. Sharia "instant marriage/divorce") as many "infidel" females as possible and make it compulsory for them to be muslims while forbidding "infidel" males from marrying muslim women (see Origin of Islam).

Btw, religious dilution, secularism and de-sex segregation are inevitable precisely because they are not based on dogmas but on a reality that whatever race, sex, ethnicity etc have to face in the wake of technology and globalization!
