1 Brazil (5 World Cup wins) 2 Italy (4 World Cup wins) 3 Argentina (2 World Cup wins). Btw, Argentina was ousted by the help of clearly German friendly referees.

France didn't score a single goal in normal play in their three last games (Brazil, Portugal and Italy). Italy, on the other hand, ousted Germany with two beautiful play goals (plus two additional hard ones in the bar and the post!). It was great by the US team to manage a 1-1 draw against Italy (although Italy scored both). Ghana performed best of the African teams and assisted well to make Italy's 2-0 win a nice peace of football. Whereas Italy and Argentina showed some of the most elegant football/"soccer" play during the tournament, Brazil didn't make a coherent team and furthermore wasted a lot of attacking by having tired Ronaldo as a single forward.

Zidane is a shame for football not only for his horrendous and violent act that could have even killed/heavily injured Materazzi, but also because of his cowardice withdrawal from his own responsibility. Looks like he has moved on from "a non-practising Muslim" to an Islamist! Btw, Zidane has got the RED card 14 times before, he has headbutted and stomped before as well. And this was not the first time he was sent off the ground in this tournament. His violent play in the first round sat him out for one match, despite referees favouring him.

Klevius comment: Zidane probably couldn't take his own failures/clumsiness (check out the WC videos) and the fact that his team had serious trouble to score (his assist in the previous game was far too low but Henry saved it by quickly changing it from an intended header to a lucky footer). However, in the final Materazzi placed an arm around his chest which caused Zidane to give him a sneering look while telling him that if he so darely wanted to take off his shirt, why don't wait until after the game. To this Materazzi probably answered someeting about him rather taking off his sister's or something shirt (a common joke). In a non-Muslim context this would have been totally harmless and nothing to even talk abt, but now it suddenly became a matter of "racism" and "family honour" in a world that seemingly hasn't yet got evidence enough of the evilness of Islam's bad/dangerous influence! All racists are evil but some are seldom/never talked about, perhaps because we don't want to see them as such. Islam is the religion of racist "infidel" contempt that applies to racists. However, racist Islam may be very "inspirational" and the very existence of Islamic "infidel" racism paves the way for and incites this kind of racism also among many who aren't even Muslims and in the grey-scale in between. Wouldn't it be time to automatically scan for ALL hate crime tendencies - no matter of skin color, ethnicity, "religion", age or sex?

A first look at the ball, then at the Italian player, then a jump with head directed away but the elbow strategically, stealthy and with deliberate force placed in the neck or head of an Italian (usually without any reaction from referees) - a repeated evil pattern underpinned by a racist Islam boosted attitude of "third world rightfulness" (albeit multi-millionaires themselves) against the "evil race" (usually light-colored Europeans and less light-colored Jews etc but also "misled" or just "evil" dark-skinned people - compare Condi Rice, Ayan Hirsi Ali etc)!

As France didn't manage to score a single real goal in the final they had to rely on a questionable penalty kick (which ZZ almost wasted) to be able to go to the penalty kicks! Furthermore it became clear that Zidane didn't mean anything to the French team - after he was sent off nothing changed in the pattern of the game although France was one man short! Italy has always had and still have the world's best defense, and, yes, they played tactically but who wouldn't!!

Germany was desperate to win so they joined with the other big FIFA guy France in their "referee policy" which paves the way for "physical" football/attacks from the favoured team while simultaneously paralysing the other. Having most of your defense line marked by yellow cards already in the first half does a lot to pave the way for easy attacking by your opponents, doesn't it!

But the future of football needs the other half of the world as well to get complete. And Islam is certainly not a solution but a problem for this. This would also solve the violence problem because it would need referee policy to cut short physical deliberate tackles etc. and pave the way for elegance and sophistication and the "samba" dancing that is the real soul of football.
